Field rule: the app must never make up a model, serial, year or rating. Structured fields are reserved for asset identity, manufacture date/year, Pepsi asset number, part/catalog identifiers, and engineering ratings. Administrative text such as ORDER NO., addresses, and phone numbers stays in preserved OCR evidence only. Low-confidence fields are flagged for review.
